American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), the largest corporate travel management company in the world, was approaching its 100 year anniversary. While it was an incredibly important milestone for the company, GBT was only interested in the recognition if it created an opportunity to showcase the entire business travel industry.

Design an integrated campaign celebrating the company’s role in business travel over the last century.

Showcase the power of business travel over the last 100 years by reinforcing GBT’s connection to the industry’s evolution.

The Execution:

Turn the anniversary into an industry-wide celebration spotlighting business travel stories that helped shape the modern world through a microsite featuring 100 years of travel stories from companies around the world.

The Results:

American Express Global Business Travel became the travel management company to record the history of business travel. This program won B2B Campaign of the Year at the 2016 ICCO Global Awards.
